Sunday Stats:
Sunday’s run, much the same as last Sunday except the GabGab turn-around is further up at the parking lot and before the finish the course takes you through Harbor View – giving a 11.6 mile course.
Wednesday update/ stats:
Nice Wednesday run, little to no hills… Starting from the track at 0530!

Great Sunday run! 8.55 on runmeter, just at ten if you include running to the track also!
